Welcome to Kiorii. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of kiorii.com, including purchases made through the website.
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy.
1. About Kiorii
Kiorii is a Delhi-based online store offering anime figures, decorative katanas, posters, keychains and related merchandise to customers across India.

2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.
Customers under 18 should use the website and place orders only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product:
- Images
- Descriptions
- Dimensions
- Materials
- Features
- Prices
- Availability
However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches or handcrafted details.
Product colours, packaging and small design details may differ slightly from website images without affecting the product’s primary nature or function.
Dimensions stated on product pages may be approximate unless specifically described as exact.
4. Collectibles and Decorative Katanas
Figures, katanas and similar products sold by Kiorii are intended for collection, display, cosplay, photography or decorative use unless expressly stated otherwise.
Wooden and LED katanas:
- Are not designed for combat
- Should not be used to strike people, animals or objects
- Should be handled responsibly
- Should be kept away from young children without adult supervision
- May be restricted at certain public venues, events or transportation facilities
Customers are responsible for using and carrying these products safely and in accordance with applicable venue rules and local laws.
Nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Product Availability
Some products are physically available with Kiorii, while others are Sourced on Order from trusted suppliers after an order is placed.
Supplier availability may change unexpectedly. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.
If a paid product becomes unavailable, Kiorii may offer:
- A revised dispatch estimate
- A suitable alternative, subject to customer approval; or
- A full refund to the original payment method
Customers will not be forced to accept an alternative product or store credit.
6. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, a price change will not affect an order already accepted and paid for, except where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout or included in the displayed price as required.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to human or technical error, Kiorii may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
Kiorii may refuse or cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment is unsuccessful or flagged
- The delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable
- Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
- An obvious pricing or website error has occurred
- The order violates these Terms
- Fulfilment is not reasonably possible
If Kiorii cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
We may contact customers to verify an order before processing it.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider displayed during checkout.
Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking or other methods supported at checkout.
Kiorii does not directly store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, OTPs or internet-banking passwords.
An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except where another payment method is expressly offered.
Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password with anyone claiming to represent Kiorii.
9. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Indicative timelines are:
- Ready-to-ship products: dispatch within 1–3 business days
- Sourced-on-order products: dispatch within 4–7 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: generally 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: delivery may require 7–12 business days
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted immediately at support.kiorii@gmail.com with the order number.
A cancellation may be accepted if the order:
- Has not been dispatched
- Has not entered irreversible sourcing or fulfilment
- Has not been specially prepared or printed for the customer
Cancellation cannot normally be accepted after dispatch.
If Kiorii accepts a cancellation, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the amount.
These terms do not limit any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Kiorii does not accept returns or refunds solely for:
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike
- Accidental ordering
- Minor colour variation caused by screens or photography
- Damage resulting from misuse or rough handling
Eligible claims involving damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
An uncut and continuous unboxing video, beginning before the parcel is opened, is required to support such claims.
Replacement is the preferred resolution. A refund is issued when an eligible replacement cannot reasonably be arranged.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
12. Promotional Gifts
Kiorii may offer promotional gifts subject to the terms displayed on the website.
Current promotional thresholds may include:
- A free keychain of your choice from the available selection on orders above ₹1,000
- A free poster and keychain on orders above ₹2,000
Promotional gifts:
- Are subject to availability
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for money
- May be substituted only after informing the customer where the selected design is unavailable
- May not apply alongside certain promotions
- Are calculated using the final eligible order value after discounts
If an order is cancelled, partially cancelled or adjusted below the qualifying amount, the promotional gift may be removed from the order.
Kiorii may modify or withdraw future promotional offers, but this will not unfairly affect an already accepted qualifying order.
13. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Protecting their login credentials
- Preventing unauthorised account access
- Informing Kiorii about suspicious account activity
- Using the website lawfully
Kiorii may restrict or suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, repeated refusal of deliveries, harassment or misuse of website services.
14. Website Use
You must not:
- Attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Use automated systems to scrape website content without permission
- Submit false orders, claims or reviews
- Impersonate another person
- Misuse promotional offers
- Use Kiorii’s content for unauthorised commercial purposes
15. Intellectual Property
Kiorii’s name, logo, website design, written content, original promotional material and original poster designs may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Anime titles, character names, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated, Kiorii does not claim ownership of third-party characters or trademarks and does not represent an official affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
This statement does not grant Kiorii or any customer a licence to reproduce third-party intellectual property.
16. Reviews and Customer Content
Customers may submit genuine product reviews and feedback.
By submitting content, you confirm that it:
- Reflects your genuine experience
- Does not contain unlawful or abusive material
- Does not reveal another person’s private information
- Does not infringe intellectual-property rights
- Is not fraudulent or misleading
Kiorii may moderate or remove spam, abusive content, duplicated reviews or content unrelated to the product.
We will not remove genuine negative reviews solely because they are critical.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
Kiorii may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, courier companies, social-media platforms and analytics providers.
Third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies. Kiorii is not responsible for external websites or systems outside its reasonable control.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kiorii will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from:
- Customer misuse of a product
- Incorrect information supplied by the customer
- Unauthorised account use caused by customer negligence
- Events outside Kiorii’s reasonable control
- Third-party courier or payment-system disruptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective goods, unfair trade practices, fraud or negligence.
19. Privacy
Personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that information necessary for payment, order fulfilment and delivery may be shared with relevant service providers.
20. Changes to These Terms
Kiorii may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, operations, technology or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will not be applied unfairly to orders already accepted under earlier terms.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer’s right to approach an appropriate consumer commission, regulatory authority or court under applicable law.
